Quantity of sausages varies with the size of the lambs. As a guide we usually can make 2kgs of sausages per lamb.

Additional sausages can be made or whole lambs/sheep can be made into sausages if required and charges are as follows

Travel is charged at a per km rate for each kilometre over the included kms for each package

Travel is charged one way for a single trip, this covers a trip for slaughtering & for butchering.
