We are based in Clarence Town NSW, a small country town approximately 30 minutes north of Newcastle.

Our per kilo charges are calculated on HSCW

(Hot Standard Carcase Weight)

Animals are weighed at the time of slaughter and rates calculated by the dressed weight

​

All Pricing is PLUS GST and subject to change without notice
